I have previously set up accounts for both of my children's fitbits. I have synced one with a phone. but it seems to be synced to the wrong child's account. How do I remedy this? I am completely confused?
Also I have followed your advice on choosing new clock faces but it just shows a revolving circle which never goes and the same clock face remains. Please advice?
