Ace 2 setup difficulty

Im trying to set son's new ace 2. I get as far as charging it but then asks me if screen is on when its tapped. When it goes on charge it shows the website set up address but thats it. It wont go any further which is possibly when it connects with device.

P.s I have already seen answers to previous similar posts

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend confirming the steps to set up the tracker at  It's possible that the tracker will need to go through the firmware update and it may take some time to complete.
