Ace 2 showing wrong date, time and steps

Fitbit is showing wrong date and time and showing incorrect step count. Have tried restarting the device and nothing changed. Tried taking the time off automatic and didn’t fix it

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. The date and time on the tracker should be corrected when you sync it. Please follow the steps to sync the tracker at How does my child sync their tracker with their phone or tablet?
