Spent all day trying to set up my child’s new Fitbit ace 2 and after troubleshooting every possible issue we still have a line through the middle of the screen and nothing else. Any advice?

Similar problem setting up. I see the line but then it goes back to the prompt to setup , which I have done. I can’t update or get it to get past that update prompt.

We are having the same problem with our 8 year old daughters. It doesnt matter how many times you reset and try again we still have the line. If you manage to work out please let us know. We cant even return to shop as in lockdown. Many thanks.

Hi - just wanted to update you to let you know that I was able to reset the fitbit and reinstall it in another device. I think the issue may have been with the windows laptop that I was trying to install the fitbit onto. I had much more success with an apple iphone. Good luck to you all with getting the line sorted.
