My daughters Ace 2 stopped tracking her sleep after the first 2 days. The device is only a week old and its not working. How can I get it to track her sleep?

Hi @Momof2girls1987! I may have a solution. You should try and see if the Fitbit is synced. For help on how to do that, visit this site: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?  Hope this helps!
