Hi does anyone know how to turn off the Bluetooth on the Ace 2 so it isn’t constantly on whilst my 8 year old
is wearing it? Thanks in advance.

Sorry, but that's not possible. None of the current fitbit models allow us to turn bluetooth off.

@DS-R I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'd like to welcome you to our Fitbit Community.
Regarding your inquiry about if the Bluetooth feature can be turned off, the information that shared my friend @SteveH is correct. I'm afraid that the Bluetooth can't be turned off.
I'd like you to take a look at this Feature Suggestion which explains more information about this and has some comments from our team members.
Let @SteveH and me know if you have any questions.
