His screen says "check charger battery not charging". I have cleaned the charger & Fitbit. I have tried the other chargers. I have tried charging in different places. I have reset it. All the things listed on the help site. He wears it everyday. Haven't had this issue before & we have 2 other Ace 2 & an Alta. Any help please? TIA
