I've tried everything but I just can't figure out why it won't set up. I followed directions off of Google but the instructions didn't quite match the app per say. I downloaded the app it told me to, created TWO accounts and yet i still can't connect my fitbit ace 2 to my tablet. Please let me know any advice you have

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @KeatonHodge.
Thank you for sharing the details of the difficulty you’re experiencing. I appreciate your efforts and recommend following the steps from this help article to set up the Ace 2 tracker: How do I set up Ace or Ace 2 for my child?
You can find more information about the Ace 2 in this manual.
I’ll be around if you need further help.

Thank you for your reply, @KeatonHodge.
I appreciate your efforts and the additional details. I recommend doing the following:
If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
If you continue experiencing difficulties, please confirm if you're using a supported iOS or Android device to set up the tracker: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
I’ll be around.

Hi @KeatonHodge your posts were moved here as you already have help from Moderator @LiliyaFitbit . As for the app, the device you use can only get the latest app version that works with the system it uses. My older Samsung Galaxy 4 phone uses an older version of the app than my Samsung 8 phone. That might be part of your problem. See the link in the post above yours - which phone or tablet can be used. See if any of that helps you.
