New Ace 2 won’t respond to charging. Completely blank, despite charging for hours. Doesn’t respond to holding down the long side button or pressing 3 times. Very disappointing birthday present for my son today.

Best AnswerI am having the same problem. Daughter received for Christmas. Got it to light up but during setup, it became unresponsive and now will not turn on. I've charged it and tried restarting with no luck.
