Is there a solution to being able to sync a kids ace 2 to a kindle fire? My son does not have a phone, so unless a solution is found this is no use to him. If there is no solution, would i be able to return and get a refund.

Hi @Lisa1234567 read the post from Moderator @JuanJoFitbit which addresses this issue. click to see
As for a return, it depends entirely where you purchased your Ace 2 and their policy. Fitbit.com has a 45 day no questions asked return policy. Retailers vary.

Disappointed. Wish I had know this before I bought it. Personally I think there are better features for children on the Garmin jr but decided to get a fitbit as Ive had one for years and thought the family feature would be fun and encourage us both to get moving more as we could compete against each other. Hopefully retailer will give me a refund.

Why not share your phone to sync your child's steps? Lots of family members share a single phone to sync.

so I did this, then my phone beeped at 8pm to remind me that it's bedtime. And today I sent my son a message to encourage him to keep moving and yip you guessed it I got that message sent to me too as Ace 2 doesn't receive text notifications either!!! Features are very limited considering how much it costs.
