Ace 2 won't update

I just got my Ace 2 and I have set it up and now I am stuck at trying to Software update it and it saying “Update Failed”  After trying 13 times, If anybody knows how to fix this or a recommendation on what to please respond.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend trying the following:

  1. Turn the tracker off and on again using the instructions in How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Restart your phone, and retry the update.
  3. Log in to your Fitbit account on a different device, and retry the update.
