Ace 3 Clock Face constantly sleeping

No matter which clock face we select they’re all asleep all the time. I’ve reset the decide a few times, but they’re still not changing.

Any ideas?

I've the same problem with my Ace3 and checked the article as you suggested but it didn't work.... any other ideas ?

We finally figured it out by resetting the sleep interval on the device, we had accidentally set it from 8am - 9pm, when it should have been 9pm-8am. Hope this helps someone!

Hi, just bought device for my child. Have the same issue but tries every singe suggestion on this page and no joy. Goes to sleep after about 2 seconds no matter what menu or option you are in. Help!

@EdsonFitbit @Ace3help please advise what next steps are to resolving issue with device screen going to sleep mode after every few seconds. Otherwise we will return. Thanks
