Ace 3 Not Step Counting

Ace3 has stopped counting steps please help as1 of my 2 kids is sad no steps counted today 

Kids have had ace3 each for 2 days only 1 is counting

 

We have tried to reboot 3 times it still won't count and yes the sensor is sitting correctly.

Hi @Teaomania,

 

Are steps showing up at all on the tracker?  If not, this is a battery issue and you will need to contact Support right away.  The link to the various support channels are located at the bottom of the page.
