Hi - my son's Ace 3 has gone to a permanent black screen. I have read other posts about this - it appears to be a common problem - and i have tried resetting it, and changing the clock face. Neither have helped.
It is able to sync with an iPad, it shows 100% charge, it vibrates when connected to the charger, and when i changed the clockface, but it is still just a black screen. Only a few months old.
Any other ideas, or information about how to return it would be appreciated.
