I have a Fit bit Ace 3 for both of my sons. The one screen is a lot dimmer than the other. I’ve turned the dim screen to OFF and have also restarted the watch with the same problem.

Hi,
Same issue, daughters have a ace 3 fitbit each, one much dimmer then the other. Have tried the recommended solution above but unfortunately it did not work, any other suggestions please?
