My brand new fitbit ace 3 won't turn on

In order to turn on your tracker, you must set it up to the Fitbit account. Follow the instructions of: How do I get started with Fitbit kids devices?

Just adding on to what @AndreaFitbit mentioned, I would also make sure that the battery is fully charged before I set the device up.  A good 2 hours on the charger should help a lot.  While it's charging, I would make sure I downloaded the Fitbit app.  Once you plug the device in, it should "wake up" so that at least you know that the device works.
