Ace 3 lost

2 day old ace3. Popped out of band when child playing football. Customer service advise not covered under warranty.  Surely this is a design fault as I notice others with similar issues.

Hi @ain54  did you look where your son was playing football? If you're within 25 feet or so, the device would sync. Read this article on what to do when you've lost your Fitbit - click to go there. Also, if paid by credit card, see if they have a solution for this.

My daughter lost hers while camping. It sycs but ttis does not help when the device does not make a sound. Cannot find on grass and gravel. How can it just pop out of the wristband!??

Yes, as mentioned pretty hard to find on grass and gravel even if it synchs — it’s still a pretty wide radius. It would help if it made a sound to narrow it down but only vibrates.
