Recently bought an Ace 3 for my 10yr old. We seem to have added a child account fine, but any time we access settings or timer on the device, it is impossible to return to main clock screen without installing new clock face or restarting the device. Also we are unable to dismiss the alarm, we can only snooze it.
Is there something obvious we are missing or should I assume we have a duff device and return it?
