Ace 3 not tracking sleep properly

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi there,

My daughter has a brand new Ace 3. It tracked her sleep (sleep and wake times, periods restlessness) perfectly the first night. Since then it has started to give very strange readings  - saying that she woke  up at times that she was clearly not awake, giving her total sleep time as only 4 hours when she has slept a full night, and giving incorrect wake times. It is snugly fitted to her wrist. Help!

Hi @KatandCheeky,

Have you tried loosening the band on her?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @KatandCheeky and @Symca. Thanks for getting back to us @DramaQueenDiva

Please try loosening the band as @DramaQueenDiva mentioned. To improve the sleep record:

  1. Manually sync the tracker. See instructions in How do Fitbit devices sync their data?
  2. Restart the tracker. See instructions in How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Try sleeping with the tracker on your non-dominant hand.

Keep on visiting the forums.
