Hi,
My son’s Ace 3 screen is too dull, so hard to see it.
It’s not on Dim mode or sleep mode and I’ve restarted the watch, all to no avail.
There is no brightness option in settings.
Has anyone had this problem and been able to fix it?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and troubleshooting your son's Ace 3 prior to posting. To work on this together, could you confirm if the restart was done with the charging cable as described here?

None of this works. I have found no evidence of anyone resolving this issue. I suspect people just give up and replace their device with something more reliable than a Fitbit Ace 3. This problem is infuriating and unfixable. My daughter can't read her Fitbit outside because the screen is so dim. I won't be wasting my time with another Fitbit.
