Ace 3 shows the wrong time zone

I bought my granddaughter an Ace 3 and set it up as per the instructions. It syncs, however she is in a different time zone and her Fitbit shows the time from our time zone.

 

Her tablet that it syncs to is in her correct time zone. I cannot see a way to add a device under my account on Fitbit.com so that I can change her settings.

 

Any advice? Thanks!

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Ace 3. Thank you for the information provided.

 

Fitbit Ace devices can be set up just from Android or iOS mobile devices.

 

In this case, please remove the Ace 3 from your granddaughter's Fitbit account and set it up once again to the same account but this time from her tablet. For instructions, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I set up Ace for my child? > I already have a Fitbit account".
