Ace 3 will not charge

My daughter’s Ace 3 stopped charging. We followed instructions to clean it but still won’t charge. Any support would be appreciated

Thank you, Andrea. I have tried all suggestions. Everything is clean. The
original charger does not appear damaged. The unit connects securely but no
charge occurs even after leaving overnight. I appreciate your support.
