I have tried resetting the Fitbit and all the other fixes but it still won’t connect to Bluetooth. I have no issue with my versa 2 just my sons ace 3. Every time i try and connect it this is what happens. I have the app Installed but it won’t connect since the new app update.

I did this before coming here. I even deleted the Fitbit and added it as new. It will not pair. What's the next step?

I have also tried all the things and we are still unable to sync. Infuriating.
