Morning, my son has had his Fitbit since August. Yesterday, the screen wasn’t working so I put it on charge, thinking the battery had died. I charged it over night but the screen still won’t display anything. I looked on the app and it is displaying steps etc. Any ideas please?

@Gemmack @Kynz_mama @MissMani, I'm sorry for the late response. However, let me welcome you guys to our Fitbit forums.
Regarding the screen issues that your children Ace trackers are experiencing, I would like to follow up and would like you to restart the trackers as described in this help article. After this, monitor the Ace trackers and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Restart does not help. Any other ideas? We just see the clock face, but the screen does not react to touch. Synchronization is ok, but cant scroll screen

@kakomjathy, thank you for participating in our Fitbit Community. By the way, I apologize for the delayed response.
Since you mentioned that your Fitbit Fitbit Ace is still unable to respond to touch after trying a restart, I'd like you to have the battery to drain completely. After this, charge it again for 2-3 hours. Finally, try changing the clock face and see if the screen works properly.
Let me know how it goes.

I ended up calling technical support and they walked me thru a bunch of steps (including a reset) none of which worked. They ended up shipping us a new one!

When did you buy it? I have the same issue with my girls fit bit.
