I have done multiple restarts and sleep function still is darkened out on device and will not work.
Main reason I bought device for my daughter. Please help. Running out of options for troubleshooting.

@Careykay welcome to our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I appreciate the time spent trying the recommended troubleshooting steps before contacting our forums.
Please read the page number 13 of the Ace manual which explains how sleep is tracked on the Fitbit Ace. If the issue persists, please try setting up your daughter's Ace from scratch and monitor her sleep in order to see if it gets tracked by the Fitbit Ace.
