Hi

I returned the original Fitbit and the new one connected to my iPhone straight away but won’t connect to my daughter’s iPod. However I’ll take that for now!

Having the same problem here and have deleted and re-installed app several times, disconnected my Versa and reset the Ace. Hopefully someone will have a solution.

Hi Juan

I have reset the Ace, switched the bluetooth off and on from the iPod (have also tried to set it up from my iPhone and get the same message) and am getting the message "There was a problem communicating with your tracker. Please try again" each time I input the 4 digit number. I am going to exchange the Ace - it's v disappointing.

Hey,
I got onto fit bit and they told me to take it back where I got it from and get another one as it’s faulty and the new I got worked easy.

Thank you. I’ll try to take it back. Fitbit haven’t really been that good actually. Keep telling me to do the same thing over and over that won’t work !

Yes, I got that impression from this forum so sent it back pretty quickly to Amazon. It seems up ms that the Ace is particularly glitchy. Hope you get sorted.

Hi There

My advice is to exchange the Ace if you can’t get it sorted in a few hours.
Our second one connected immediately.

I'm having the same issues. The Fitbit was purchased on Tuesday. It connected fine but then connected an Alta for my elder son after it was given to him and tried to connect the Ace to a new profile for my youngest and won't connect now. I turned off Bluetooth, reset the ace and even deleted fit bit and made a new account and it gets to the code and says connecting then nothing shows up in the profile. Please help

They said my sons may have already connected to a profile and that’s why it wouldn’t connect again. Try contacting Fitbit. You can do an online chat. Mine sons only worked when I had swapped it.

Thanks. I've deleted that account and will try resetting the band again when I get home and hopefully that works

I deleted the account and it didn’t disconnect it. I struggled sorting it. But hopefully it helps. I think it takes a few days for the account to delete. Good luck though. Let me know how you get on.
