Hi I bought 2 Fitbit Ace 2's for my kids theyathey both love them butsbut mysmy working. The app says it is fully charged but it won't sync and the screen is black. I have tried resetting, charging on our other charger and looking at other posts for suggestions. I have a pretty bummed little man.
