Help help help...

I bought a fit bit ace 2 for my daughter on Sunday - tried to add family member, and switch to child view to add her device - and it gets stuck and logs me out of the app... so I created another child in case the first one was the problem, nope the problem is still there! Stuck on switching to child view.. I have deleted the app and reinstalled the app twice and nothing happened. I have added the Ace to my account just so she can use it.. but it needs to be removed and repaired to child view which I can’t do.... any help??

Ps I am an Apple user, I have an iPhone XS Max if that makes any difference...

THIS is driving me BANANAS 😍

This has been a huge problem, I’ve had my daughters Fitbit for months and constantly have issues accessing her account, now just recently added my son and once again I cannot get into his account. It just constantly turns like it’s switching but never will and have to shut the app down which than logs me out. Can’t track my kids stuff If I can’t access it. Family account needs major work! I’ve done several updates and none of even touched the issue.
