For several days I have been unable to switch the app to the kid mode to sync my daughters Ace 2. The app gets stuck at “switching to kid mode” and logs me out. It is absolutely annoying to say the least. I have checked to ensure that I have the most up to date version of the app (I do). Please get this fixed quickly. As so many others have said, what is the point of having the Ace devices if you cannot support them properly? Perhaps having a 2nd kids app that doesn’t crash all the time would be a better idea than they way things are since they never seem to work.

This has been happening to me, too, since the last update to the app about a week ago. Super frustrating.
