Ace3 Kid View Not Loading in App

Title says it all. I am trying to get my kid’s Ace3 updated and my app won’t get past loading the kid view screen. Saw it was allegedly fixed and the topic was closed but it’s still very clearly an issue for some of us. My app is updated and I have restarted my phone. The Fitbit itself is charged fully and on the charger. No idea what is happening but my kid can’t use it until we get this resolved.

I am the same. I need to update my daughter watch as it hadn’t been charged for a few weeks and now it’s stuck on the 3rd feb at 2:35am. The app just gives me the spinning wheel of death and does nothing

Yes same here mine is just spinning whilst trying to switch to kids view and stuck on Sunday 17th dec, it’s really frustrating!
