Hi Fitbit,

Your advertising and manual shows the ability to track activity on the watch but this option is missing in the menus. Please can you confirm if this going to be resolved?

I just took a look at the Ace manual and see reference to setting and tracking daily step goal, and 250 step/hour goal, and also display of active minutes.  Are these missing on the your Ace 3 or did you find reference in the manual to something else?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

There’s another thread about this that Fitbit considers “resolved” as the answer is “no, you can’t track activities with the ACE3 but we are taking your suggestion”.

This is very misleading as it shows activity trackers in the manual, and I’d never have bought it if I knew. I’m still trying to decide if I’ll keep the watch or return it.

@JohnnyRow It's a different issue and you can read about it here

To be fait the online manual doesn't show the possibility to start an exercise (not sure if it was edited) and the markeing material/ store description has been fixed. However the reference still exist in the how-to in the Fitbit app and the same Fitbit app (in the kids view) shows the widget to track activities (with the possibility to input manual a new entry) and even gives the target activities per week (selectable). Why such motivating feature (regardless the absence of HR sensor, this is a different topic) has been removed (compared to the Inspire 2) is, in my opinion, unexplicable.
