Hi, I have just bought a Fitbit Ace 2 for my 2nd child and am trying to add it to the same account as my first child’s Fitbit Ace 2 but can’t seem to do it.

I’ve read some of the advice online but I don’t seem to have an option anywhere in my ‘family account’ area to add another child. 
I’m in the app on an iPhone 11.
please can anyone help? Thanks.
