Over the past few days we have been unable to switch the Fitbit ace 2 on.  We have tried to charge it in all sources but nothing works it just seems there is no power?

@HelenWhitton Have you cleaned the charging contacts on the back of the device and the pins on the charging cable? My son’s Ace gets dirty and won’t charge every so often.
