Hi, 

 

How can I order or receive a new wrist band for the ace 2 kids. I bought exactly a year ago. I am trying very hard to find out how I can get a new one without luck. (the Netherlands)

Hi @Sabina7 - You should be able to purchase a new band from the Fitbit Store link at the top of this page. Please let us know if it is available from the store link in the Netherlands.

Thank you Carol. It was very hard to find and guess what, they have only one colour available and not what I was looking for....Lol.
