Can't sync Ace 2

Hi,

I can't sync my child's Ace 2. I have tried on 4 different devices with the app installed. Ace 2 is fully charged each time. When I try syncing I make sure Bluetooth is turned off on all other devices nearby. I have tried with and without the dongle. I have repeatedly turned Bluetooth on and off. I have repeatedly logged out and back into the app. It never works. Is it easier to sync on certain devices? I can't waste any more time on this. Any ideas out there?

Hi @OaBFireworks ,

I can think of four things to do on the phone side:

1.) Go into your phone settings and clear the cache.  When we open apps, we also open files to make the app run.  This takes up memory on the phone.  If you clear the cache, you're deleting all the files it takes to run the app.  Don't worry, all of your login information will still be saved on the app.

2.) Go to the Bluetooth settings and tell the phone to forget the Ace 2 and then reconnect to it.  Sometimes it's a connection issue.

3.) Sometimes we download a bad copy of the app.  Go to your phone's App store and delete the app.  Then go and load it back on.  You will need to log in again for the app.

4.) Restart your phone.  Sometimes it's just a bug on the phone's end.  By restarting the phone, you're in essence stopping the bug (at least temporarily) and you should be able to sync.
