I just can't seem to pair my ace 3 to my phone. I've set up a child's account, have gone through ALL the steps, NUMEROUS times and it just won't complete it. I am at a loss. I've turned off and on my Bluetooth and my fit bit. Have charged it. Have ununstalled and reinstalled the app. Have set all the locations. I don't know what I'm missing.
It comes up as an option to pair in my Bluetooth list, but won't pair saying 'this device needs an app'. In the app it finds it, I enter the pass code, it's 'connecting' then stops and says to 'turn on my Bluetooth' - which is on.
I've never had any trouble pairing a device to my phone. Which is an S20+.
Please help?!?!
I ended up contacting fit bit support and they deemed it defective. So we are in the process of replacing it. I would recommend contacting them if your troubleshooting efforts are not working, like mine weren't . Good luck.

J'avais exactement le même problème que vous, j'ai cherché sur plusieurs forums et un commentaire m'a beaucoup aidé. Suite à ces conseils, j'ai installé l'application sur un autre telephone Android, et tout en me connectant à mon compte j'ai pu y connecter la montre , de là une grosse mise à jour de la montre à été faite et j'ai pu ensuite la connecter à mon téléphone de base. Je n'ai pas trop compris pourquoi mon téléphone ne me proposait pas cette mise à jour mais ça a fonctionné! J'espère que ça vous sera utile.

Best AnswerI purchased two. I went through the motions with the first device and then contacted support. They were very quick to say it needed to revert to guarantee and set up a case number. Then I tried to setup the second device.... guess what happened? The product gets positive reviews online but people here with multiple defective replacements. I have little hope. I've been trying and retrying for three hours. I would love a solution.
