I’m trying to setup my kids’ ACE 3s. It worked for one kid’s Ace. For the second Ace the setup did not work. Whenever I try to switch to kids view, the wheel in the app keeps spinning forever and I have to force a shut down of the app. Afterwards I have to login into the app again. For the first kid’s Ace the switch to kids view is also not working anymore.
What I’ve tried: I updated to the latest iOS version (15.2), deleted the Fitbit app several times and reinstalled it again, but the problem still persists. I also tried it on an my iPad, but there I encounter the same problem.
The kids are very sad. PLEASE HELP!!
