I have finally managed to add my child to my fitbit account so i can swap between him and myself but i now cant set up any device to his account - it tells me to log in via his google account which i do and it just loops round. They are part of my google family already.

I've been living in this hell for 2 months. My kids watches aren't able to be used at all and fitbit won't refund my money. I can't make an account with them linked. Can't link the watches to my account and I just keep going in circles. And no one in support seems to help. So disappointed in a product I once enjoyed.
