For months the Fitbit app has had a glitch where it gets stuck in kid view and it won’t let me switch back to parent view. Restarting my phone, the watch etc…, force quitting the app, none of these suggestions work. The only thing that works is deleting the app and reinstalling. I have done this countless times over the last few months and it is ridiculous- will Fitbit fix this issue which seems to be going on for many for a while now? Any other solutions?

I am also having this problem. When I click on the four tile icon in my child account, it does not show Family or switch to parent view button.

You have to click on the gear/ settings in the top right in the app. This is not my problem.
my issue is when I click to switch back to parent view, it glitches and reverts to child view, not letting me switch or log back into parent view. The only way to fix it is to delet and reinstall
