When I try to change the clock face on my daughter's Ace 2 I just get a processing symbol on the app and nothing happens. I've already tried resetting the watch and no luck. Using am Android phone. Any advice?

Have you cleared the Fitbit app cache on your phone? I have to do this to sync my trackers and it usually works like a charm.
