My child’s fit that doesn’t work. I tried charging it and it asked me to reset, but I’m unable to do that. I need customer support for this device and I’m unsure of where to find it.

Hi @Mommydearest! Maybe try restarting the Fitbit device. For help on how to do that, visit this site: How do I restart my Fitbit device?  Plz reply if it works or not.
