My daughter is 9 and has always struggled a little with telling the time. Her Fitbit Ace watch shows 08:00 for 8am and 08:00 for 8pm. So completely wrong! It should show 8:00 for 8pm or 20:00.
I have tried to change on the app and on a browser, no joy. Apparently you can’t change to 24 hour clock. So are we saying the watch is faulty for displaying the wrong time? If so I will be returning. It’s not ideal, think someone at Fitbit has messed up!

Hello just found out this too. Our kids (twins) are just learning to tell the time and found this confusing. Where we stay, (at this time of year) outside at 07:00 am looks much the same as 07:00 pm so there is no natural reference - I think it is an issue and an error also, one that could be rectified by an update. Now having found some other posts, it is clear that this has been an issue for some time that Fitbit are not willing to spend the time/money on to fix. We do have other Fitbit products that have been good, but this will make us consider other brands for our next purchases.

I can’t believe they can’t fix it!! Sell a watch to thousands of kids and all with the wrong time format 😩
I think it would be fair to return it as it’s not fit for purpose but apart from that it’s such a good little watch
