Got the Ace 2 for my daughter today for christmas. Have been trying all day to update it so she can wear it & it NEVER UPDATES. The fitbit just sits there with a white line going across it, then when I unlock my iPad Pro it tells me I need to finish updating my fitbit for it to work. Is this Groundhogs Day? Am I going insane? Why must I keep doing this same thing over & over that DOESN'T WORK?
