Can anyone with a Fitbit Ace 2 charging cord confirm that the cord has only two pins? I'm confused by the fact that my son's Ace 2 has 3 contacts on its base.

I am glad to assist you with your concern about the Ace 2 charging cable. I would like to confirm that the charging cable has two pins and the Ace 2 has 3 contacts. You can find more information about the Ace 2 in this manual.
