Fitbit Ace 2 strap too small

I just bought my 9 year daughter a Fitbit Ace 2 watch for her birthday.  Very surprised the strap barely closed on her wrist, checked out these forums & see LOADS of people in the same position, dating back years.  Contacted F/B customer service & was told by Luis to go to Amazon & buy an Inspire / Inspire HR compatible strap! 

Clearly this is a problem with the design of the product & needs to be addressed (i.e MAKE THE STRAP BIGGER!!) Are you listening Fitbit ??  DO YOU EVER VISIT YOUR SUPPORT FORUMS?
