How long is the back order on Fitbit Ace? Will it be in in time for Christmas?

@tylat82 @Richiemama Welcome to our Fitbit Community and it's great to see you in our forums @Josborn777! Regarding your inquiries, the current backorder status of the Fitbit Ace is 6-8 weeks from the date of purchase. With this being said, we couldn't guarantee it would be delivered for Xmas.

On the website it says shipped in 1-2 weeks next to the back order note.
So I went ahead and ordered since it said that. Hoping it comes in on
time. If I would have known this sooner i would not have ordered.

Hi, I ordered a blue and a purple Fitbit Ace as Christmas presents.  I have an email saying something as been dispatched.  How can I find out if both of them have been dispatched, or just one.  I cant find a way to contact anyone regarding orders!

You can always track your order.  When Fitbit sent you a confirmation email, they should have given you all the shipping information.  You can use that to track your order.

 

If I had to guess, you should get it in time for Christmas if you ordered it this early.

@tylat82 If the website stated that the back order would take 1-2 weeks, your order will ship sooner than the period that I mentioned above since the website's information is in constant update.

I have also ordered a fitbit ace for my daugher during thanks giving, still not yet received. It shows backorder. WHen will i receive it?

I am told that it is backordered 3-4 weeks. Not in time for Christmas.

I have purchased two Aces the purple and the blue on Thanksgiving/Black Friday Nov 22/23 2018. After I proceed with check out I saw the back order thing. I found the blue one today at my mail box Dec 10 ,I'm hoping to receive the Purple one soon but I didn't receive any tracking  number for the purple so far... I need the purple one since it is Christmas gift to my children. I cannot give it to just one child ... Im hoping to receive it soon.

So just to be clear, if we ordered the Ace on Black Friday weekend, and it said 1-2 weeks we should get it by Christmas, right?

I'm also hoping to track the status of my order. I bought 3 in one order and my tracking number only references those that have shipped. I ordered the 3 of them on 11/27. I'd appreciate it if you could send my inquiry to the support team as well.

I ordered my Purple Ace on 11-24.  I just called and was told by Sam that it's still on back order, with a 4 to 6 week delivery time FROM THIS WEEK and that's there's no way we'll get them for Christmas.  BUT we are welcome to buy them from a retailer -- but we don't get the Black Friday price.  I'm very disappointed in Fitbit for that.  I guess people that are paying full price get first dibs.
