Fitbit pebble lost

Has anyone else had a problem with the Fitbit ace falling out of the band? We haven’t even had it for a month and the Fitbit fell out of the band. My kid is devastated. This is completely under warranty and fitbit refuses to acknowledge it. I feel like it is not our fault it wasn’t connected securely. It just popped out of the rubber band. I read other forums too and this seems to be a genuine problem all across the board. I don't understand why fitbit is not improving their design and selling such flimsy watches to kids. Customer service is terrible. I will definitely not recommend fitbit to anyone. Trying to figure out ways to escalate this issue

Hi @kal16  the only way to escalate it would be to contact customer service. These are the community forums and we're just users of the devices. You read the warranty information? click to read. Losing the device isn't covered by the warranty, sad to say.
