You should contact Fitbit about this. Often the owner of the device will contact customer support in hopes someone finds it and tells Fitbit about it,

The best thing is to see if there is a lost and found for the area where you found the Ace.
The Ace is meant for children ages eight and up. It is more limited than the devices for adults.

However, let me go ahead and escalate this to our Support team so they can guide you on how to return the Fitbit you found to its owner.
