When setting up my daughters Fitbit I used my own email. My son has just received a Fitbit and I cannot create a family account as my daughter is using my email and she isn’t old enough to be a ‘Guardian’. If I change her email will it change the email used for her to login to her app and dashboard?

The steps to create a child account are the following:
- You need to create a Fitbit account using your email address
- Within the Fitbit Account you can create a Family Account
- Within the Family Account you'll be able to create one or more Child Accounts. No email address is required to create a Child Account because it can be accessed only from your Family Account.
There is no option to merge, invite or add an existing Child Account to a Family Account. It is necessary to create it by following the steps mentioned above. For more information about Family Accounts, please visit this article.
