How do I change the clock format on Ace 3?

I have a ace 3 for my daughter. And on my account. But I can't change the hour from 12 to 24 hours. Can somebody help me?

Hi, @Sylvdh , unfortunately, although the feature of a 24 hour clock is available for adult trackers, it is currently not available for children’s trackers and is not currently planned, it seems.

Thanks for the Answer. It's verry bad news. My daughter is learning the clock at the moment. It is no use now. 😞
